6. Third-Party Financial Institutions

Monest works with third-party banks, NBFCs, and lending institutions.
We are not responsible for:

  • Their credit decisions, policies, or processing timelines

  • Any rejection, cancellation, or modification of loan applications

  • Disputes between you and the lending institution

Any loan agreement entered into is solely between you and the respective lender.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, design, logos, software, calculators, and layouts, is the intellectual property of Monest and is protected under applicable laws.

10. Indemnity

Courts located in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitrator: Sole arbitrator appointed mutually

14. Force Majeure

Monest shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, system failures, regulatory changes, or acts of God.

15. Amendments

Monest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
